1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and consultation services of FinCred Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our site and services.

2. Scope of Advisory Services

FinCred Solutions acts as an independent financial consultant and Direct Selling Agent (DSA) / intermediary connecting borrowers with RBI-regulated partner banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). FinCred Solutions is not a bank, NBFC, or direct lender. We do not independently sanction loans or issue credit lines directly from our own balance sheet.

3. User Representations & Accuracy of Information

When submitting enquiries or applications through FinCred Solutions, you confirm that:

• All information, financial declarations, and KYC records submitted are authentic, accurate, and up-to-date.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding credit contracts.
• You authorize FinCred Solutions and its lending partners to verify your documentation and check your credit history with authorized bureaus (such as CIBIL).

4. Loan Approvals, Interest Rates & Sanctions

All loan approvals, sanction amounts, interest rates, tenures, processing fees, and terms are determined solely at the discretion of the partner bank or NBFC based on their internal credit underwriting policies. FinCred Solutions provides guidance and application facilitation but cannot guarantee loan sanction, rate lock-in, or specific processing timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, website layout, calculators, text content, and graphics on this website are the property of FinCred Solutions or used under proper licensing. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

FinCred Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lending decisions made by third-party banks/NBFCs, bank system downtimes, delays in verification, or rate fluctuations initiated by the Reserve Bank of India.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
